Funding for Research
UC ANR realizes that the cost of conducting field research can sometimes be a disincentive to scientists. Fortunately UC ANR has retained the resources through crop sales and reduction of administrative costs to provide a significant subsidy to qualified researchers. You qualify for a subsidy if you are an Investigator affiliated with a University of California institution, or you work collaboratively with a UC academic. UC ANR also offers an additional incentive to new users of the Research & Extension Centers. In addition to these benefits UC ANR has a Grants & Contracts team that will assist you in identifying sources of funding and submitting proposals.
